It was taken during my recent trip to Bangkok. Pantip IT City is the biggest playground for me in Bangkok. I go there and shop for gears, meet up with friends, and shop around the World Trade Center. It was 17th Apr 2009. I went Pantip to buy some lens and needed some cash. So I decided to run down to money changer. And happened to see a mother and a son near Platinum Shopping Mall. Yes, they are beggars. Mom was wearing a smile and asking for some coins from the visitors passing by. I have given a 20 Baht note and asked her permission for a single photo. She smiled and said YES. Thanks for the shot.

DEDICATION

Coming Sunday, May 10th is International Mothers’ Day. A friend of mine requested me to have a dedication post here on my page. Something tribute to Mothers!

What she does, who is she, where she comes from? We don’t need to care. Because she is Everything… she is Mom…

Great shot. I love her smile and the things displayed in the scene are so perfect especially to plastic bags, bowl, kid and dog. I don’t want to mention too much for that but it’s showing what is the meaning of life. It’s really pitiful.

Happy belated mothers’ day, kokoe!
I can see the smile so innocent yet pitiful but her courage and love towards her child’s survivor or should I say future is what makes me fall for this. I wish I could be by my mom for such day. She sure was crying when I called her and when she got my card and letter. This shows I’m such a good writer :P you can hire me for love letters too LOL

Got a newspaper saying that “Kid are missing alot lately, esp in Pattaya & Chingmai”… and found out to be like… a beggar gang are taking the kid sand gave a pill and let them sleep all they long and beg with them like this… One of the foreigner watch the beggar who got a child lying down the whole day without waking up a bit… so he inform the police and found out that the child was the missing kid that they have been looking for… :) btw nice shot!!!
