ETERNAL LOVE

DRIVING FORCE

Love is not to be constrained in the acridness and simplicity of biology, but is to be left floating delicate, innocent of any material reality. Maternal love became visible as the primary love on world. Maternal love is holy and the earliest love created by progression. It is also the first love that living creature experiences. I used to have one similar post back in 17 DEC 2008. With my B&W twirl, I’ve titled my post GROOVY KIND OF LOVE. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, lots of my friends adore the picture as an EXPRESSIVE PICTORIAL. Since then, I have been truly stanch to have more shots about maternal love.

SHOOTING

That’s a street vegetable vendor in China town. Yangon Chinatown market is jam-packed from sunrise to noon. From fresh vegetable and various produces to ready made food packages, Chinatown is a place you should count on. It undeniably is a one-stop shopping locale for housewives. I went this street bazaar to snatch some market shots. I have got this shot by chance while this vegetable vendor was breast feeding her baby of 2-3 months old.

This is ORIGINAL shot, just added a slight lighting and watermark…  the rest are status quo…

I think the B/W one tell a stronger story. It lends a softness (kindness?) to the picture which is appropriate with the objective of the photo.
The mother is more tender now!
The color image is too sharp! The contrast irritates the senses, and reduces the period of attactment by the viewer to the image.

Wow!
Great! I don’t know how to reveal my feeling after seeing this photo! I am feeling blues of my mom’s gratitude.I miss my mom so much. I wish to my mom and all the mom in the world to be good in health and happy.

tink both have their own virtues :D
colored ones is more natural..and tells story on the whole…
while the BnW is more towards indicative, focus on the mother n child…
but whatever it is, mother love is undying, the greatest of it!
no matter how we try, we can never even pay back not even one drop of the milk from her!

I concur – the Black and white is the stronger more memorable and beautiful imagery. Well done and nicely framed. A beautiful moment captured.

The color one has too much brightness (as well as bright colors) and a lot of contrast.
The B/W one is better; it has softer tones…
I would’ve loved it even more if the B/W picture was lightened and highlighted at some areas while darkened or a bit blurred at others. The sharpness of the checkered shirt and well defined vegetables distract from the main focus a little bit…
Nevertheless, this is a great capture; a wonderful concept, and nicely done work!

I have linked to your site at this page. But I don’t think you will get a lot of traffics from my site cz most of my visitors are from non-burmese speaking countries. Besides, I cannot update this blog regularly. Updating is the major job for a successful website and I don’t have enough time to write some good articles for my blog.

I am sure your site will get a lot of traffic if you keep on updating the site.

It is no doubt. Real eternal mother’s love. I like B&W better than color photo. B&W is shown your photo means…

@ Ivan Lim >> I love B&W too… Thz for your comment…

I prefer B/W one as it is able to show the mood of mother’s love of feeding her child. In this mode, colors are not allowed to dominate the theme of picture and viewers’ attention safely can get right to the theme. Also, I realized myself that sometimes duo tone or B/W is more effective than colorful pictures or paintings. Good job! Thanks for your shot.
