31st of October is HALLOWEEN DAY. According to the record, this Irish traditional festival becomes popular in the mid-to-late 19th century. The celebration takes place in a blast in North American and most European countries. However, some parts of Asia also commemorate the festival insignificantly. When I was in Bangkok, I used to go HALLOWEEN parties with my friends and, of course, my cousin. In Burma, I don’t see people celebrate that much.
This year, I saw HALLOWEEN decorations at our usual hangout place. It’s a very modern and cozy coffee outlet called, COFFEE CIRCLES. I usually sit there with my cousins and my best friend. Not everyday but almost though. Night life here in Burma is kind of helpless. We are not blessed with many choices. There are only some modern coffee shops where we can sit and chit-chat. COFFEE CIRCLES is one of ‘em. Today, I brought my camera to shoot jack-o’-lantern, pumpkins, lit by a candle inside, the most prominent decorations of HALLOWEEN. I am sharing with you guys. So, HAPPY HALLOWEEN and wish you’ll be HAUNTED throughout the year…
